Free of Charge: All domestic shipments are sent with no additional shipping fees—no minimum purchase required.

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This message will confirm your order has been received by our system.

Order Processing Time

Please allow 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) for processing your order.

Processing could take a little longer during times of high volume, such as sales or the holidays.

Before shipping your item, our staff will email you if there are any problems (such as a failed payment or an incorrect address).

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within:

  • Transit Time: 3–4 business days (Monday-Friday)
  • Total Delivery Time: 4-7 business days (Monday-Friday)

Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and local carrier conditions.

Order cut-off time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) are prioritized for same-day processing.

Shipping Carriers

When checking out, please ensure your mailing address is accurate. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will require reshipping at the customer’s expense.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately after placing it.
While we’ll do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once the order has entered the fulfillment stage.
